Boka Tako’s Patrick Harris started his business with a single food truck, and although he now owns a fleet of them, plus three restaurants, he still loves the life of the mobile chef. Each year he organizes the Central Virginia Food Truck Rodeo and ropes in more than 25 Virginia trucks for this event, plus plenty of folks selling beer and wine. Richmond favorites include Jadean’s Smokin Six O, Goatcado, Curbside Creations and the King of Pops.
