Love wears many faces: desire, beauty, devotion, attraction, creativity, obsession, self-worth. In this reflective workshop, we’ll explore the Greek archetypes of love through Eros Phanes, the primordial force of emergence and continuity, and Aphrodite, the embodied power of beauty, pleasure, and sensuality.
Drawing from the wisdom of Living Mythologically written by my teacher, Jacques Theron, we’ll journal and reflect on how these archetypes show up in our lives—both in their balanced expressions and their shadow forms. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to consciously work with these archetypes, so love may become a source of vitality and transformation rather than confusion or self-abandonment.
We will end with a short breathwork meditation to ground these energies.
Please bring a journal, a pen, and a willingness to express openly and honestly.
