Join us as we commemorate the bicentennial of the 1824 Farewell Tour visit to Petersburg of the American Revolutionary War hero the Marquis de Lafayette. Events are taking place in late October, mainly on Saturday, October 26 and Tuesday, October 29. Come celebrate local history and America 250 with a variety of unique, once-in-a-lifetime events including a special dinner on October 26 (tickets must be purchased via Eventbrite by Monday, October 14).
