Psychedelic and Mystical Experiences (PME) integration groups are a space to share your experiences with other like-minded folks and integrate your insights into your daily life. It is a space for processing, reflecting, and brainstorming.
No experience with psychedelics? No problem. Many people have mystical experiences through breathwork, sound baths, yoga, meditation, prayer, and other practices. However you’ve accessed these states, this group is a space to explore it further.
Ground rules:
Show up sober. This is a space to process our psychedelic experiences further and this is best done while not under the influence.
Bring an open mind and heart. Not everyone’s experiences will be the same but they’re all welcome.
Stick to your own experience. While we are working on interpreting our own experiences, we want to allow others to do the same for theirs.
