The Nottoway Indian Tribe of Virginia Inc. is hosting its annual Pow Wow beginning on Saturday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21 at the Surry County Parks and Recreation Center. Gates will open each day at 10 a.m. This family friendly event will involve two days of native dancing, drumming, crafts, demonstrations, VMFA’s Artmobile and food.
The Grand Entry begins at noon on Saturday, Sept. 20, and it begins at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21. Festivities end at 5 p.m. on both days.
Service Animals Welcome, No Pets will be at allowed at this event.
