MLK Evensong at St. James’s Episcopal Church

Celebrate the dream of Dr. King in music and in his own words. The St. James’s MLK Evensong is our annual tribute to the inspiration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. featuring St. James’s Choirs, the Concert Choir of Norfolk State University, and renowned organist Dr. Carl Haywood, plus readings of Dr. King’s speeches, including “I Have a Dream,” read by Dr. Ronald Crutcher, president emeritus, University of Richmond. MLK Evensong will be followed by a reception downstairs from the sanctuary. The even is FREE and all are welcome!
