You’re invited to a special sound healing experience at Dottir / Kind Hearted Goods on MLK Day, hosted by Owl Rare. Owl will be bringing brass and crystal singing bowls, a gong, bells, and a hand drum to create a deeply grounding and heart-opening journey designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional clarity.
About the facilitator: Owl Rare has been teaching yoga and offering wellness experiences since 2012 after completing training with the Yoga dojo. Their work is rooted in trauma-informed practices and creating safe, inclusive spaces for healing and reconnection. In addition to teaching yoga, Owl regularly facilitates sound healing sessions focused on rest, release, and embodied presence.
