This month, we’ll discuss “Gangsters of Capitalism: Smedley Butler, the Marines, and the Making and Breaking of America’s Empire” by Jonathan M. Katz (a finalist in the 2023 Literary Awards for Nonfiction).
Next month, we’ll discuss “The Displacements” by Bruce Holsinger (a finalist in the 2023 Literary Awards for Fiction).
