Healing Community Song Circle w/ Shan + Ryan
If you are on your healing journey and love singing, or are curious about singing in community, please join us in our healing community song circle. No prior singing or musical experience required. All voices welcome. We will begin with some warmup vocal and self attunement exercises, then move into singing together, and close with an integration circle where you will be invited to share your experience if you wish. We will be providing a variety of hand instruments for use, but if you would like to bring your favorite instrument with you to play along, please do. There will be time to mingle afterward if you wish to get to know this healing community a bit better 🙂 We will also be offering an exercise to determine your baseline vocal range so you can hear how your range expands over time. Please come 15 minutes early if you are interested in this offering.
