All levels of experience are welcome in this gel plate printing experience! Let’s pull prints and swap techniques (and papers).
BRING YOUR GEL PLATE. Don’t have a gel plate? Grab one at Plaza, or order online.
We’ll have other supplies, including paint, brayers, ink pads, and texture tools.
If you have the following, you can also bring:
roller/brayer
favorite tools for texture or masking (e.g., comb, mesh produce bag, doily, corrugated cardboard)
paper (regular copy/deli/vintage etc) for printing on
scrap paper (catalog/magazine, or used copy paper that’s blank on one side) for rolling off–these often turn into cool background papers!
