From Poland with Love (and Detours)
Polish pianist Magdalena Adamek, VCU piano faculty who has performed across four continents and is often praised for her emotional appeal and dynamism, presents an evening celebrating the richness and range of Polish piano music, performed alongside young promising guest artists on Thursday, February 12th at 7:00pm.
The program explores both tradition and experimentation, featuring works by Chopin, Bacewicz, Szymanowski, Zarębski, and others, offering a dynamic journey through music and expressive storytelling.
The performance will take place in the Singleton Center for the Performing Arts (922 Park Avenue, Richmond, VA 23220).
