Virginia’s 250th Anniversary Mobile Museum

Exhibits

Crafts & Stories

Read stories and complete crafts that connect to our exhibitions! Try your hand at making a tricorn hat & rosette cockade, your very own ball & cup game, and even design your own stamp after learning more about the Stamp Act in the exhibit upstairs. Please Note – Crafts are first come, first served and may run out towards the end of the day.

Chat with a living history interpreter about what life was like for a soldier during the mid-1700s!

Hands-On Stations

Stop by and touch our replica artifacts to learn about popular 18th century games, as well as smell popular examples of herbs & spices that would have been used by soldiers for medicinal remedies. Please Note: these stations will end at 2:00.

Completed scavenger hunts get a 10% discount in our café or shop! (one discount per adult)
