The fourth installment of the popular event series featuring the RVA debut of Seattle’s DJ IRIS, AND New Zealand’s – KILJOY! Double headliner DJ action with a few established area faves setting the tone. Join us in the Electric Jungle for another full night of drum & bass music in the heart of downtown RVA at Ember Music Hall. Last one of the summer!
DJ Iris has been recognized internationally for her original productions for over a decade. She is prolific in mixing and this will be her East Coast debut and only area appearance! DJ Kiljoy is a kiwi pioneer of drum and bass music hailing from New Zealand. His releases regularly feature in tracklists from dnb legends like DJ Storm & Goldie (Metalheadz, UK). Rubble and Ranks are the force behind the infamous Cadence events at Flash in Washington, DC. Longtime FM radio dj’s and former Turnstyle record store owners Joanna O. & MC J Split round out this one year birthday bash to kick off the celebration weekend at Ember Music Hall.
