Authentic Relating Circle w/ Sarah C

We will start with introductions and agreements. We will then start playing games that will allow us to lean into our vulnerabilities (or not, it’s always a choice). For example, in the noticing game circlers are invited to share something they are feeling and ask if anyone else is feeling that as well.

“I’m noticing that my heart is beating fast and I’m nervous to be vulnerable in front of strangers, Anybody else?”

Another game we will play is called Next. Circles will think of something they would like to hear and then say it to the person next to them.

“I trust in your basic goodness.”

We will close the container of the group by sharing our experiences, if that feels good to you. Circlers have the choice how much or how little to participate. If passing every turn feels authentic, that’s good. There is no expectation of vulnerability, however it may deepen the experience.
