Artist Reception & Open House: March 15,2024, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Join us at Crossroads Art Center for an enchanting evening on Friday, March 15, 2024, from 5-8 p.m., as we unveil our March 2024 Open House + Artist Reception. This event promises a delightful showcase, including the exhibition “Liminal Spaces” by Annie Boyer, Faith Ku, Clarissa Yeap, “Nature & Coalescence” Art Exhibition, an exhibition held by the James River Art League, and the ever-popular Juried All-Media Show. Join in the festivities and savor delectable drinks, scrumptious food, and entrancing music.

This event is free and by Invitation ONLY (this is your invitation), offering a splendid opportunity to explore our latest exhibitions and potentially discover your next favorite artist. At these events, RSL provides wine, beer and other beverages, and the sale of these beverages is a fund raiser for their organization – all net proceeds benefit the Richmond Symphony. The Richmond Symphony League has supported the Richmond Symphony through fundraising, education, and community involvement.

In partnership with NCECA, Crossroads will be hosting “Liminal Spaces.” In this exhibition, Annie Boyer, Faith Ku, and Clarissa Yeap explore ideas about life in the in-between spaces, between the present and the future, art and science, human and non-human.

Crossroads Art Center hosts a bi-monthly call for entries for the Juried All-Media Show with cash prize awards. Come explore the selected artworks showcasing local artists and their mastery of form, color, and medium.
