As interest in mental well-being continues to grow, this Learn to Meditate workshop offers a grounded, practical introduction to meditation for everyday life.

Designed for beginners, the session explores simple meditation techniques aimed at reducing stress, easing emotional overload, and improving focus. Participants will be guided through relaxation and meditation practices that can be easily incorporated into a daily routine, without specialized equipment or prior experience.

The workshop also looks at how daily experiences leave mental and emotional residue—and how meditation can help clear that buildup over time. Alongside guided practice, attendees will be introduced to a straightforward mental detox technique and offered practical guidance for sustaining a consistent meditation habit.
