One of my favorite things about the rise of DJ culture is that the line between performer and audience doesn’t exist. On Friday, April 15, you can become part of the great big giant whole that represents the best of the electronic music experience at 25 Watt’s monthly dance party, Voltage. Manning the decks for a superhero-themed night of heroes vs. villains booty-shaking are regional party starters D.Solja, Spiritmaster, Eli Cash, FOF16, DJ Kooldown, Lo-Ki and Mythos engaging in multigenre, dance-floor battle. Attendees are encouraged to dress as their favorite comic-book character to add to the block-rocking festivities. The party starts at 7 p.m. with music and dancing going all the way to last call.
