Richmond’s premiere tribute to the godfather of soul, James Brown, the Big Payback features the talents of frontman Kelli Strawbridge, who really understands how to get on the good foot since he’s also a well-known local drummer and multi-instrumentalist. Fredericksburg’s own Danny McBride once gave the band major props at a show, and now you can, too, when it performs at the Broadberry on Saturday, July 15.
