Since 2012, the School of the Performing Arts in the Richmond Community, known as SPARC, has showcased its inclusive arts education program — featuring children with disabilities and without them — in this inspiring annual event that pulls at the heartstrings. Joining more than 200 creative students are guest artists including longtime supporter Jason Mraz, Rob Thomas (Matchbox 20), the great songwriter Paul “Phantom of the Paradise” Williams, magician and comedian Justin Willman, Ben Lee, Colbie Caillat, as well as local talent including Desiree Roots and Steve Bassett. The big show takes place Sunday, June 11, at 5 p.m. at the Altria Theater. $40 to $80. sparconline.org.
