Richmond-born and Brooklyn-raised photographer LeRoy Henderson knows about social justice protests. Through his searing imagery, he’s been documenting them since the 1960s. He’ll discuss his life’s work with Sarah Eckhardt, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts’ associate curator of modern and contemporary art, on Thursday, Feb. 16, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in its Leslie Cheek Theater. The cost is $8 for members, $10 for nonmembers. vmfa.museum.
