That same sentiment is shared by astrophysicist, cosmologist and author Neil deGrasse Tyson. “Dark Universe,” the 45-minute exploration of space developed by the American Museum of Natural History in collaboration the California Academy of Sciences, features Tyson narrating a fascinating journey into the great unknown. The film plays in the impressive dome at the Science Museum of Virginia. A live astronomer-led presentation proceeds and follows each screening, adding to the enigmatic cosmic phenomena and awe-inspiring scenes in deep space.
