According to police estimates, 3,000 to 4,000 people turned out for the music, food, activities and vendor displays at Richmond's fifth annual Earth Day Festival on April 25 in Manchester. The event, for which Fountainhead Properties was presenting title sponsor, benefited the Enrichmond Foundation.
