In our interview with the outgoing Virginia Historical Society president and CEO (“We Love You, Charlie Bryan,” Arts & Culture, May 23), we should have said Bryan had been with the VHS since 1988 and will retire in December 2008.

In a May 9 Street Talk (“Bullying Case Settled, Spurs New Law”), we reported that Bill Henck pursued a criminal perjury charge against Short Pump Elementary School teacher Kerry Vavra. The school’s principal, Ron Odom, was indicted on perjury charges, but not Vavra, and a judge later dismissed the charges.
