Family Meal’s Bryan Voltaggio wants to get you in the mood to feast during the holidays. His cookbook, “Home,” is a collection of recipes the celebrity chef cooks for family and friends, and this three-course dinner on Monday, Dec. 7 is designed to give you a few ideas for dishes to serve during the holidays. (I’m looking at you, pork shoulder with pumpkin sauerkraut, cheesy grits and braised collards.)
