Easter Seals Virginia has a new location for its 16-week lineup for the 1999 Concerts in Central Park. This year they will take place near the intersection of Central Park Boulevard and Carl D. Silver Parkway — diagonally across from last year’s site. Concerts sound off on Thursdays, 6-9 p.m. $4 adults; $1 children ages 6-12. “Any 10” passes available at the gate for $25. 746-1007.
