Brian Wilson Bringing “Pet Sounds” Final Tour to Richmond in May

Plus Robert Plant playing at Virginia Credit Union Live in June.

You’ve got one more chance to see one of the great American albums of all-time performed live with its creator. The 50th anniversary tour of “Pet Sounds,” Brian Wilson’s teenage symphony to God, will be at Dominion Energy Center on Tuesday, May 15.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 9 and are available at the Dominion Energy Center and Altria Theater box offices, by phone at (800) 514-3849 and online at etix.com. Tickets are $67 to $107.

Named one of Rolling Stone’s Greatest Tours of 2017, the tour has traveled to more than 24 countries and delivered 180 performances since its launch in 2016. Wilson will be joined by special guests Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin.

Also, former Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant will be performing with his band, the Sensational Space Shifters, at the Richmond Raceways’s newly rebranded Virginia Credit Union Live amphitheater on Sunday, June 10.
