If there’s anything we love more than a patio, it’s a rooftop. And when it comes to cocktails with a view, it doesn’t get much better than the rooftop bar at Quirk Hotel. Space is limited up there and it’s first-come first-served — all the more reason to make happy hour a priority and get there early.
You’ll find beer, wine and craft cocktails like the Purple Rain, a fresh, summery concoction featuring dry gin, mint, blackberry and lemon. On the food front, the culinary team at Maple and Pine has created a menu of elevated street food classics like barbacoa tacos, grilled oysters and ginger-scallion crispy rice. For those with a sweet tooth, Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches are available in Earl Grey lavender and whiskey-peach ginger.
The space also regularly plays host to events, like rooftop yoga every Sunday morning — the perfect precursor to some French toast and a mimosa downstairs.
