When he opened Rogue a little more than three years ago, Richmond’s cocktail renaissance was only starting, and he helped expose customers to complex drinks with crazy flavors and kitchen ingredients. “Now we’re moving back to a simpler style with the same quality execution, but fewer ingredients,” he says. “They’re more user-friendly.”
