That’s just what Polly and Sean Brooks did when their sons moved out of two rooms in their Boulevard home of 10 years. Now, the bustling business has expanded into four suites. The One Bed & Breakfast is centrally located on the Boulevard within walking distance of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and Carytown. The Jefferson remains a grand old Richmond favorite, and guests can now check out bikes at the front desk — an amenity that was added during the UCI Road World bike races. Quirk Hotel is a newcomer to Richmond’s luxury hotel scene and provides a unique architectural anchor on downtown Broad Street.
