The stylist emphasizes natural looks and softer highlights. “I tend to think people should be a little more natural, more beautiful, more classic,” she says. Rebekah Howard, owner of Serendipity, specializes in designer cuts and color. Kaitlin Candella specializes in balayage, a French technique of painting on highlight color rather than using foil. Kaci Minnick also has an eye for cuts and offers a relaxing spa experience at Studio Copal.
