Neighborhood bars offer a sense of community, and few do that as well as the Sportsman’s Restaurant and Lounge out near the airport. “We make every customer feel as if they were at home,” owner Susan Matthews says. “Also we believe in giving back to the community, and when anyone in our community is in need we all rally together to help.” With that that sort of friendliness, not to mention a variety of entertainment options as wide-ranging as live music, karaoke, corn hole, pool, darts and shuffleboard, the Sportman’s Restaurant and Lounge would do any neighborhood proud.
