For a “small” practice, as Clinic Director Cynthia Mulvaney describes it, the Spinal Correction Center of Richmond certainly seems to handle a lot of patients. Last year it treated 7,000 of them — and that’s just on a Monday through Thursday schedule. “We’re becoming known for our body work here and our massage therapy,” she says. Chiropractor Michael Mulvaney and three therapists customized each treatment for a “positive change in the body,” she says. Back in Action offers chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy. And the Acupuncture Center of Richmond draws its treatments from ancient Chinese health care.
