Everyone wants to be a megastar. Replicate Paris Hilton — tiny dog, expensive wardrobe and DUIs for every season — and you’re on your way. The Blue Man Group’s “How to Be a Megastar 2.0” tour takes the audience through a 12-step program (different from the ones Paris might have attended), deconstructing superstardom in just one evening. The audience is taught the important lessons: the raise-the-roof arm motion, the oh-so-important head bob, the one-armed fist pump and the essential rock-star move, the pelvic thrust. All carried along by the group’s PVC percussion, godlike screen projections and handy instructional videos. By the end of the night, you’re not really Paris Hilton, but you’ll dance better than she can. And drive, hopefully.
