Watch Reggie Pace sit in with Hiss Golden Messenger on Letterman

Posted By on Tue, Nov 18, 2014 at 3:00 PM

This year's Style Top 40 under 40 winner Reggie Pace, trombonist from NO BS Brass band and an all-around force on the local music scene, was back repping RVA last night as he sat in with North Carolina's Hiss Golden Messenger on CBS' "Late Show with David Letterman."

After the song, Letterman seems to recognize Pace, who has made the national television rounds before as a member of Bon Iver.

Some Richmonders have already witnessed this pairing during the great opening set delivered by Hiss Golden Messenger before the last Jason Isbell show at the National. Pace and local jazz saxophonist Marcus Tenney sat in during that show.

No word yet as to whether Pace will be joining the group on its upcoming European tour.
