Nominate someone for Style Weekly’s 2008 Top 40 Under 40!
We’re looking for the in crowd.

Involved. Innovative. Inspiring.

Style Weekly is searching for Richmond’s most remarkable men and women younger than 40. Who’s leading Richmond? Rallying for change? Who’s pushing our community to greater heights?

Nominate someone who fits the description. In addition to sharing the winners with our readers, we’ll honor these amazing Richmonders at a special reception.

Please list the nominee’s significant professional accomplishments. Apart from job titles and association memberships, include specific examples of professional success that set the nominee apart from his or her peers.

III. Community Involvement:
List the nominee’s volunteer activity and contributions to the Richmond community. Beyond memberships, appointments and activity required by employers, how has the nominee gone over and above in pushing the Richmond area to new heights?

IV. The Bottom Line
Please explain why the judges should select this nominee as one of the 40 most remarkable men and women younger than 40 in the Richmond area.

Nominations may be typed or legibly handwritten. Additional information may be attached. Nomination forms are also
available at the offices of Style Weekly, or you may download a form at www.styleweekly.com. Previous winners of “Top 40
Under Forty” are ineligible. Nominee’s 40th birthday must fall on or after Oct. 10, 2008. Applications will not be returned,
and winners will be notified sometime after Sept. 22. Please send your completed application in one of three ways:
