Young Jeezy at the Convention Center

If you were to approach Atlanta-based rapper Young Jeezy face to face and call him a thug or a hustler, he'd probably consider them compliments. A genuine product of his street-raised environment, this hard-edged personality is scheduled to bring his aptly titled “Recession” tour, as well as his strange affinity for snowmen T-shirts and jewelry (it's a cocaine reference, right, not like a fondness for winter?), to the Greater Richmond Convention Center on Sunday, Oct. 12, at 7 p.m. Admission is $40-$60, with all-access passes available for $100. 771-9901.
