The Modlin Center "Goodnight Desdemona (Good Morning Juliet)" comes to the stage in true Shakespearean tradition, Jan. 31, Feb. 1 and Feb. 5-8 at 7:30 p.m. Matinee performance Feb. 2 at 2 p.m. in Cousins Studio Theatre. University of Richmond. 289-8980.

Richmond Symphony The symphony performs "Audience Favorites," works selected by symphony subscribers, Feb. 1 at 8 p.m. at the Carpenter Center. 600 E. Grace St. Call 788-4717 for ticket prices.

Swift Creek Mill Theater Last season's knockout "Always … Patsy Cline," is back Thursday through Saturday evenings at 8 p.m., select Wednesday and Sunday matinees. Show opens Feb. 3. Through March 12. Tickets $24-$25.75. Colonial Heights. 748-5203.
