Ghostprint Gallery presents “The Spoils of St. Hubris” by painter Sterling Clinton Hundley. It’s the first part of an ongoing body of work entitled “The Spoils,” which will feature the artist’s large-scale oil paintings and smaller works from the past year. Many of them were inspired by the story of St. Hubert and the Arthurian legend and explore the gap between technology and tradition. Hundley’s commercial work has appeared in Rolling Stone, Atlantic Monthly, the Grammys and for Major League Baseball, and he serves as an associate professor at Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of the Arts. “The Spoils of St. Hubris” debuts at Ghostprint Gallery on Feb. 28 and continues until April 27. ghostprintgallery.com.
