C.T. Woody, the sheriff, is among the top five ("The Power List," Cover Story, July 25)! Few folks do anything more important! Just last week, a Richmond Times-Dispatch article shows that Richmond City Jail serves more meals than anyplace in Central Virginia. No other jail nor prison has more inmates. There are dozens of programs at Richmond City Jail -- all very important to the community at large. No other elected leader has such responsibilities as Sheriff C.T. Woody! Wake up!
