Twenty-five years have passed since Davis and her band first drew crowds with hits such as “Suddenly, Last Summer” and “Only the Lonely,” but not much has changed for the songstress. She and the latest incarnation of the group (other than Davis, none of the original members remain) are still performing throughout the country, and have released three albums in the past year that feature new music as well as covers of their old hits. The Motels featuring Martha Davis comes to the Capital Ale House Music Hall Wednesday, Aug. 27, at 9 p.m. $25. 780-ALES.
