Richmond folk outfit the Low Branches has a new album that fans have been eagerly awaiting. The group celebrates its first full-length record, “100 Years Old,” with an album release show with friends Anousheh and Dogs on Main Street. “100 Years Old” is a gorgeous collection of intricately layered songs full of hushed beats and honey-drenched strings alongside lead vocalist Christina Gleixner’s delicate yet powerful vocals. Get hold of the new album when the Low Branches perform at Gallery5 on Saturday, Jan. 19, at 8 p.m. $5. gallery5arts.org.
