Dublin-based songwriting duo Kevin May and Mick Lynch have been steadily making a name for themselves in the states as the Guggenheim Grotto. Continuing to cultivate new listeners to their well-crafted mix of alternative pop and rock is the pair's third LP, “The Universe Is Laughing.” Written and recorded in various living rooms and hotels during a previous tour of the United States, May and Lynch's road-trip-inspired tunes look to only further their deserving exposure. The Guggenheim Grotto is scheduled to perform at Ashland Coffee and Tea on Saturday, June 26, at 8 p.m. $15-$20.
