Many of Richmond’s arts and culture organizations will be under one roof for the annual Cultsha Xpo held by CultureWorks, the former Richmond Arts Council. More than 50 organizations will be on hand to share information about what they are and what programs they offer, including the Children’s Museum of Richmond, Richmond Ballet, Art 180 and the American Civil War Center. The day will offer free admission to the Science Museum of Virginia and include performances from organizations that will explore music, theater and dance. A total of $75,000 will be distributed for members to invest with the organizations, and each registered member will be given free Cultsha bucks to give to any of the participating organizations. Grants are provided by CultureWorks to each organization in the amount of their collected bucks. The Cultsha Xpo takes place at the Science Museum on Saturday, June 23, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. richmondcultureworks.org.
