The brainchild of Jim Porter, the nonprofit To the Bottom and Back, known as 2BNB, has transformed from a benevolent idea to a Dionysus-esque titan of transportation. Riders can hop on the green bus for free at different points along one of several loops from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m., Thursday to Saturday. Now with GPS tracking!
