Summer at CenterStage: Brahms Scherzo for Violin and Piano in C Minor

The Richmond Symphony presents a series of one-hour concerts every Thursday this summer at CenterStage’s Gottwald Playhouse, starting this week. Violinist Daisuke Yamamoto and pianist Doris Wylee-Becker will perform selections by German composers Johannes Brahms, Clara Schumann and Robert Schumann on Thursday, July 10, at 6:30 p.m. In association with the University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University, the informal concerts continue through August, featuring the complete sonatas of Johannes Brahms and other works by different performing incarnations.
