This show is going to be loud. As in, “I think I might be losing my hearing type of loud.” Strike the Chord and Burn instills the early stages of tinnitus with an unyielding incursion of classic and obscure metal and hard-rock influences. Gritter is no less stentorian in its approach, but its hillbilly brand of punk, metal ’n’ roll relies on a slinky sonorousness to dole out its barbarity. Influenced by 21st-century metal technicians Gojira, Between the Buried, and Me and Mustasch, Crenshaw solidifies the night’s lineup of oppressive local sound peddling with a fusillade of meticulously rendered riffs. The assault begins at 9 p.m. Admission is free. banditosburritolounge.com.
