The Richmond-based Stay Sweet Records has brought hundreds of underground punk, metal and noise bands to town. What it’s accomplished is truly amazing. The annual do-it-yourself underground festival has blossomed into an internationally known and respected event with bands from around the world descending on the city to play, network and mingle. Stay Sweet Records celebrates 10 years of existence Friday and Saturday, Nov. 21 and 22, at the Broadberry. Headline acts include former Avail front man Tim Barry, pictured, (celebrating the release of his new solo album, “Lost and Rootless,” on Chunksaah Records), Richmond thrash kings Iron Reagan, and Boston’s Smoke or Fire, with up-and-comers Iron Chic, Chumped, Daycare Swindlers, Beach Slang and dozens of others. Doors open for the all-ages shows at 5 p.m. Admission is $40-$50. thebroadberry.com.
