Maybe you've always wanted to be in Broadway play. But you never got around to taking classes, you hate rehearsals and New York is out of your comfort zone. Well, unlikely thespian, your ship may be coming in. "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" is coming to the Landmark Theater May 20-22. The play, which has received rave reviews from The Wall Street Journal (they know their spelling), is about the adolescents and adults involved in a spelling contest in a small town. Routinely, four audience members are recruited to join the cast each night. The bee opens Tuesday, May 20, at 8 p.m. Sure it's a small part, but if you do it right, it could be the start of something. $20-$47.50 646-4213.
