Her regular customers know her as Fay, but the young and radiant server at Thai's Mama is actually Darunee Chitsantiworarak, known for the graciousness with which she runs the newly spiffed-up Stratford Hills dining room. A second grand opening for the restaurant is in progress as owner Supon Sriphone shows off changes to the décor; the menu retains familiar Thai dishes. Tofu royal and pork pad prik prao are stand-outs, and the rosy walls, new bar and appreciative service make the neighborhood spot more lustrous than before.
