ServiceEase Workshop: Are You Easy to Do Business With?

A two-hour workshop for business owners, managers, employees and nonprofit workers who want to learn the common barriers to being easy to do business with. The workshop will also cover how customer journey mapping can be used to understand how customers interact with your organization, identify pain points and find solutions to improve customer experiences. The workshop will be taught by Lisa D. Dance, owner and founder of ServiceEase.
